OUR GOAL OUR MISSION IS CONSISTENCY TO OBTAIN RESULTS I hope everyone likes planning ahead I have changed the schedule to biweekly so everyone can have a chance to attend and make as many classes as possible...One of our Very own Clients Ms Yalondis has a friend with a Boat@ WestEnd....So excited to mention that we will start triathlon, We Will Ride The Boat Out OffShore, Swim BACK to Shore Run 2 Miles ,Get On BikeS  Ride 10 Miles , To LakeFront Areana Run Up n Down Levee, etc....ITS GONNA BE AWESOME😄😄😄😄....  

I NEED MY 7 PARTNERS THIS MONTH   , YOU GUYS KNOW THE SUMMER MONTH'S r  SLOW FOR FITNESS, Vacation, Clients Travelling, etc So I Need Your Extra Efforts.... THANKS N ADVANCE n I TELL YOU ALL THE TIME I APPRECIATE N LOVE ALL OF YOU , YOU CONSISTENCY N LOYALTY

The next two weeks will be intense...we are gonna start removing those stubborn pounds away...

Today we begin a 10 DAY JOURNEY with a Goal of 10 POUND LOSS I encourage everyone to prepare and plan properly.

Everyday you should wake up with determination and focus because there will be NO DAYS OFF u must exercise DAILY!!!

NO EXCEPTION, YOU MUST EXERCISE the next 10,DAYS @MINIMUM 30MINS

THURSNoDoubt Bike Excursion will begin promptly at 6:45 pm...arrive with bikes at 6:30pm at NoDoubt 1ON1 if the weather permits but most importantly PLEASE BE ON TIME , We will Shorten the route on Thurs Bike ride now do too we can't start on time...I still have clients that are not on central time,so when we don't start at 6:45p promptly we will do shorter distance and also the same on Saturdays cause it's starting to get hot on Saturdays....

Thanks NoDoubts for Your Participation on Thursdays Evening  Bike Rides,the excusions have been AWESOME and we have been taking it to a whole new Level On Saturdays....

Do too we only have 5 clients signed up for our 9:30a NoDoubt Class(IT WILL BE CANCELLED)  , we will do our Saturday Bike Ride instead...We will be meeting at No Doubt1on1 Bienville@9:30a make sure you have Fruit, Water,etc for the ride ,Those who have a bike and like to join Please Do So Cause You Are Welcome Also!!!
