The First Five Days Of Vegan We Will Consume Lots Of Vegetables n Fruits A vegan diet is one that consists of only plant-derived foods. Vegans don't use or consume any animals or animal products including flesh (land or sea animals), But n the sense of gradually getting you guys jump started we will consume fish n Shirmps Occasionally... NO DAIRY NO milk, eggs, or honey. Eating vegan doesn't require breaking the bank or moving to a big city. 

Work on having these items available  during your vegan transformation.

No Doubts!
We all know the weight loss equation...70% diet and 30% exercise. As most of you know, I have been consuming a no neat diet for almost two months now. As a result, my body has shown major transformations. Fat loss, muscle gain, clearer skin, increased energy, decreased appetite for unhealthy foods and a sharper mindset are just some of the things I am experiencing from ceasing meat intake. That simple!
I am so amazed at my transformation and I am now so eager to motivate you all to transform! Its so worth it!
Starting, Monday, Oct 16, I am asking you to join in the "No Doubt Vegan Transformation" for at least 30 days. We will end on just before thanksgiving...TRANSFORMED before the holiday season starts.

1: Prepare your meals and snacks daily: I'll be sending meal plans to you with suggestions and recipes! Its not as hard as you think!
2: Take a before and after pic with me at NDW and weigh in on your start and finish dates. There's nothing like seeing your results first hand.
3: Hold yourself accountable: Create a post for EVERY workout and EVERY meal for the next 30 days. Ask family and friends to cheer you on! You will feel disappointed when you fail to meet your own expectations.
4: Drink water. Drink water. Drink water.
5. Get your mind on the right place: This is the hardest and most important step. If you set in your mind that you will commit to health at all costs and stay disciplined...no matter what...YOU WILL TRANSFORM.

Multiple studies are verifying that sleep deprivation makes you fat! Four consecutive nights of reduced sleep (about 4.5 hours nightly) can increase insulin resistance by 16%, and reduce insulin sensitivity in fat cells by 30%, mimicking resistance seen in diabetics.  Two consecutive 4-hour sleep nights increase the hunger hormone ghrelin by 28%, and decrease the satiety hormone leptin by 18%. Sleep is vital to fat cells, and they get droopy when they don't get enough.  To maximize health and minimize insulin resistance, make sleeping 7-8 hours nightly a high priority!

Foods that create an acidic reaction in the body like sugar, soft drinks, fried foods, fatty meats, and processed junk foods may contribute to osteoporosis by forcing the body to pull calcium out of the bones to neutralize the acid these foods create.  Consider reducing these foods, and increasing healthy fruits and vegetables to create a more alkaline environment in your body, and to reduce your risk of osteoporosis.

To maximize health, minimize stress with exercise, meditation, yoga, prayer, family down time, hot baths, or any other healthy, relaxing activity that relieves stress.
